Held together by a (not-so-thin) string
Last weekend we spent quite a bit of time at the ER. Blood, guts but no glory ...
You cant expect a lot of sympathy if you were using the wrong tool. And proclaiming that you dont need the lidocaine for a few measly stiches cant be followed with a meek request to the nurse for even more of the drug!
I think the Doc waited extra to let some of the drug to wear off. I guess she wanted H to put his money (pain) where his mouth (screaming) was!
When asked whether he wants the thin string (that wouldnt scar as much) or the strongest (that would), H says, "The thicker the better. Scars look cool!". Now he only needs to come up with a better story of HOW he got that scar!
But really, maybe it isnt such a good idea to practise handi-ness at home! Check this out. *Shudder*
